Paisano@ssist is a benefit program designed to help Mexican families whose main wage earner or qualified dependent is injured, becomes ill, or passes away while working in the United States. Our plan covers the named insured, the spouse, and all children under 21 years old.

U.S. Services 
Repatriation to Mexico
If you pass away while working in the United States, Paisano@ssist will transport your remains to your primary country of residence. Benefits include:
Up to $20,000 in repatriation expenses resulting from death, accident, or sickness.
Transportation of remains to place of residence or place of burial.
Expenses for preparations, embalming, or cremation.
Casket transport.
Telemedicine
Non-emergency telemedicine services are available through the Paisano@ssist smartphone application (app).
Medical information and advice will be provided based on the users' signs and symptoms.
Videoconference with a physician.

Mexico Family Services 
Emergency Ambulance
If you or a direct family member suffers an accident or illness and needs to be transferred to a hospital for an emergency, an ambulance will be coordinated to move you to the nearest hospital of choice. Benefits include:
Ambulance service for medical emergency or accident to hospital of choice.
Two events Free.
Discounted price after two events.
Air ambulance not available.
Physician Home Visit
If you or a family member needs a physician for a non-emergency condition, a primary care Physician can be called to visit the beneficiary's home. The visit includes:
Medicine administered during visit.
Prescription refills.
Two events free.
Discounted price after two events.
Telemedicine

Emergency Home Assistance
In the event your family's wage earner is injured or killed while working in the United States, this policy will provide resources to fix up to two home incidents that occur soon afterward.
Provides free usage of a locksmith, plumber, electrician, window repair (exclusions apply).
Two events only.
Up to $500 USD each event.
Educational Assistance
Paisano@ssist will coordinate telephone and remote educational support with expert teachers for children and young people.
Educational support via telephone with expert teachers.
For children attending grades 1-12, age of 18 or younger.
One session per day total.
Limit of 30 (thirty) minutes a day.
Assistance only in Spanish language.
